Between work and school, my life has become too much to handle.
I thrash around lost in nightmares, waking to bedclothes tangled around my legs and arms like a straight jacket. My chest tightens with every breath and I’m not sure I will be able to keep up with all my responsibilities. But what do I quit? My therapist suggests meditation. Or yoga. Or breathwork. I laugh off such a ridiculous suggestion and quit going to him.

Maybe I could put up with some of it just to talk to him.
